Early Sunday morning Wilson Police responded a shooting at 403 Garner Street. When officers arrived they found 21 year old Hipolito Gonzalez Camacho suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim is currently at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
Officers were able to recover the weapon and arrest 23 year old Sergio Marin Garcia Zarate, with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He has been placed in the Wilson County jail under a 250,000 dollar bond.
