Sheriff Ed Brown announced that he is going to step back from being the center of the Lauterbach case.
For the past week, Brown has been front and center for the cameras not only locally, but across the nation as well. Tuesday morning the Sheriff said the media camped out in front of the sheriff's office will now get updates from his staff. Brown says he needs to take a break from the stress.
Brown says there will be no more press conferences after Tuesday, simply just a release when Laurean is captured.
