East Carolina University is feeding their students differently these days. Once they return from spring break, they'll get a whole new dining experience. University officials, dining employees, and a few invited guests were on hand to be the first group to taste all the new cuisine at the university's brand new West End Dining Hall. This 40-thousand square foot facility will crank out enough food to feed roughly 3000 students a day. The biggest difference students will see is the Mongolian grill, the centerpiece of the dining hall. They'll have a selection of meats and fresh vegetables to choose from that will be cooked right in front of them. Students get their first chance to eat there on Sunday afternoon.
