For the first time in nearly seven years, Nashville police may be investigating a homicide. The body of 35-year-old Eric Mozingo was found Tuesday morning in the parking lot of the Stony Creek Commons apartments. Police say Mozingo lived in Nashville, but not at that complex. Police are interviewing several people and waiting for the results of an autopsy before determining whether Mozingo was murdered.
