Police think they have one of the suspects involved in four reported attacks and attempted sexual assaults on women in Washington since mid December.
Washington Police have charged 21-year-old Lamar Quincy Harper of the Washington Bath area with two counts of assault on a female and related charges.
Three of attacks happened on women working in businesses, and another attack was on the waterfront boardwalk.
Authorities say another suspect could also be charged.
Harper was already wanted on a charge of statutory rape and indecent liberties with a child.
