It will be another day off of school Wednesday for kids at Mattamuskeet Elementary School in Hyde County. Classes are scheduled to resume Thursday. Children will meet in the high school gymnasium and then be told where classes will be held.
There will also be an information session for parents at the school Wednesday afternoon. In the meantime, experts are being brought in to make sure there is no continuing problem with carbon monoxide or diesel fumes stemming from the heating system.
