National Symphony Orchestra Visits Eastern Carolina

It was a musical marathon for students young and old in Eastern Carolina. As part of its 10 day residency program in North Carolina, the National Symphony Orchestra is spending time in Greenville spreading sweet sounds and musical knowledge. Musicians played a concert Thursday night in ECU's Wright Auditorium and Friday performed there for hundreds of elementary and middle school students from several school districts across Eastern Carolina. Music students at East Carolina University also received lessons from some of the orchestra's musicians.
