Three months to the day since Kinston residents Gail Haddock Dail and her 15-year-old granddaughter Heather Roberts have been missing and still no clues. Now the family is offering a reward. Heather her grandmother Gail disappeared while on a trip to visit family in Virginia. Sissy Grubbs, Gail's daughter and Heather's Aunt, says a $10,000 reward has been set up by the family. Grubbs says any information needs to be given to the Kinston police department by the end of the month.
