A piece of New York City may be coming to Eastern Carolina. The trash!! Camden County officials say Raleigh based Waste Industries has signed an agreement with the county, that still needs state approval, to build a solid waste landfill that could bring as much as $4 million a year in revenue to the county. But some say the money isn't worth what they see as a deterioration of the quality of life. The county says the money is needed to build a new elementary school.
