Unemployment Rate Up Slightly

North Carolina's unemployment rate increased slightly from October to November. The state's jobless rate was five-percent in November, slightly
higher than the four-point-eight percent rate in October. That's still just
below the national average in November. North Carolina has added 67,000 new jobs since November 2003.
