There's still no sign of a Lenoir County teenager and grandmother last heard from in a phone call early Tuesday morning.
Fifteen-year-old Heather Lynn Roberts and her grandmother, Gail Haddock-Dail, have been missing since heading for Virginia last Monday night. Gail's estranged husband says she phoned him early Tuesday morning saying she needed help. That's when her phone went dead.
Kinston public safety officials say they searched the waters along Highway 55 in Lenoir County but haven't turned up any clues. If you have information regarding the whereabouts of Roberts and Dail you can contact Kinston Police.
