A disturbing case out of Rocky Mount. Police say three men are charged with raping a 13-year-old girl. Investigators say they found the girl and 19-year-old John Thomas Ferrell, 19-year-old James Edward Coley Junior, and 23-year-old Jamaal Okiema Parker at an abandoned house on Southwest main street in Rocky Mount Monday. Police say the girl consented to sex with the three men, but as a juvenile, she's not legally able to give her consent. The three men are charged with statutory rape.
