Deputies Say Repeat Offender Breaks Parole

Onslow County lawmen have jailed a repeat sexual offender for reportedly groping an 11 year old girl earlier this month. Sheriff officials say they detained 18 year old Joshua Shoemaker of Hubert Friday, after having inappropriate contact with the young victim that violated his current probation. Shoemaker is currently on probation with stipulations that he stay away from any children under the age of 16, without adult supervision. Shoemaker was released on an unsecured bond on Friday.
