Four people were injured when a pickup truck and ambulance collided this morning in Greene County.
It happened shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Highway 258 at Lizzie.
State troopers say two crew members and a patient were on-board the private ambulance and two were inside the pickup truck.
The ambulance is owned by Johnston Ambulance Service of Goldsboro. The company says the ambulance was en-route from Farmville to Kinston when the accident happened.
Johnston Ambulance says one of its crew members and the patient on-board have already been released from the hospital, while a second crew member is still at PCMH for tests.
