Former Lifeguard Pleads Guilty

A former Washington city lifeguard plead guilty to
taking indecent liberties with a minor at the citys' pool last July. Joshua Byrd Hardison plead guilty to the charges Tuesday. The Beaufort County district attorney tells WITN Hardison was handed down an active sentence of 16 to 20 months of jail time. After serving his minimum 16 months, Hardison will be on probation for three more.
