You can't force regulations on us without giving us money to enforce them.
That's the attitude Beaufort County Commissioners took Monday night when they voted unanimously to repeal a state mandated stormwater control ordinance despite warnings from county officials the action could result in a $10,000 a day fine. There will be a public hearing concerning the issue March 7th.
