Rocky Mount Man Is Missing and Authorities Need Your Help

A 56-year-old Rocky Mount man who police say has physical and diminished brain function due to surgery is missing. Officers say Carl Butler was last spotted around 2 a.m. Thursday morning on Marlee Drive. Perhaps his most defining characteristics are surgical scars on his neck, head and stomach. Police fear Butler may have wandered off and is in danger if he's not found.
