What was once thought of as a man's sport has grown in female popularity - body building and fitness competitions. In fact there are two championship competitors right here in Eastern Carolina.
Lisa Smith of Washington and Faith Lee of Greenville have each carved a spot out for themselves in the sport. Smith started body building just a few years ago and has already secured regional titles in her age and division. Smith has been at it a little longer and last year won a national fitness title.
