Christmas Tree Crop Not Hurt by Floods

It's not even Thanksgiving, yet Christmas trees are already on sale.

However, how is this years crop in comparison to previous years, especially with the torrential rains and massive flooding that the mountains saw this hurricane season? Officials say, the rain has helped the trees but could hurt future generations of Christmas firs, because it washed away millions of seedlings.

Another bonus with the rain, the trees are greener this year, and the prices have not gone up, even with higher gas prices.
