The Ronald McDonald House is celebrating two things, World Children's Day and their 30th birthday.

The house, which gives out of town families a place to stay if a child is in the hospital, takes time every year to raise money for the organization through McDonald's restaurants.

From November 18 through the 20, McDonalds in 120 countries will donate 15 cents for every Extra Value Meal, Happy Meal, or Mighty Kids Meal purchase.

Ronald McDonald officials say this year’s goal is $20 million world wide.
