Harper Brush Works is bringing up to 250 jobs to Pitt County. The Iowa company bought the former Rubbermaid plant in Greenville. Harper Brush Works makes brooms, brushes and industrial cleaning products. The Greenville plant will hire 40-50 employees the first year, and 200 more in the next three to five years. The Greenville location will be the company's third manufacturing and distribution center.
