Teenager Uses Bat to Beat Off Intruder

Rocky Mount police say a man used a baseball bat to successfully fight off an intruder.

Police say Donald Ray Davis fired a shotgun into the home of Deborah Ann Langley around 4:30 Sunday morning.

When Davis got in through the back door, Langley's 19-year-old son beat him with an aluminum baseball bat.
