It was a big weekend for Eastern Carolina soccer families on the Outer Banks. Dare County hosted the 2004 Eastern Athletic Conference Allstar tournament Saturday and Sunday. Play was held at the Dare County Family Recreation Park in Kill Devil Hills. The influx of families from across the Eastern region helped pack local restaurants and hotels during this normally quiet off-tourist season.
