Crop Walking for Hunger

Its called a crop walk but it has nothing to do with corn mazes. Its a walk to eliminate hunger.

The 17th Annual Crop Walk took place in Greenville Sunday afternoon, all in an effort to feed the hungry of Eastern Carolina this holiday season. Officials say participants bring in either monetary donations to buy food, or they can bring in canned goods. All goods raised go to the Food Bank of Eastern Carolina, the Joy Soup Kitchen and other organizations, something officials say is crucial this time of year.

The participants walked about 3 miles for charity.
