Keeping Troops Safe

Thousands of troops are getting ready to head out of Eastern Carolina for duty in Iraq next year. And one Jacksonville businessman is working hard to make sure those troops have what they need to make it home alive.

Steve Siderias has walked in their combat boots. A former Navy special warfare operator, he now runs a shop that designs and sells high-tech gear to high-speed warriors.

But he's also giving many of those local Marines and Sailors a break on prices, even giving stuff away, so they can concentrate on winning the war on terror.
