According to Greenville police, as crime goes up, the ages of the criminals seem to go down. Major Kevin Smeltzer says he's seen a dramatic increase in youth violent crime over the past several years. We spoke with mayor-elect, Pat Dunn about the issue who says the curfew issue will be further discussed during the council's planning session in January.
