There’s a new development for embattled U.S. Airways.
The company will save millions of dollars after a federal bankruptcy judge dissolved its contract with the machinists union.
The workers can still make the judge's decision worthless by taking the airline's most recent offer on a new deal.
That vote is expected later this month.
