Three Arrested In Greenville Apartment Robbery

Three people are in jail after police say they broke into an occupied apartment last night in Greenville.

William Chessom, 22, of Roper is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree burglary, breaking & entering of a vehicle, possession with intent to sell & deliver marijuana and resisting arrest. His bond is set at $165,000.

Ashun Johnson, 21, also of Roper and Kerry Johnson, 16, of Greenville are both charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and first degree burglary.

Greenville police say the robbery happened around 11:00 p.m. last night on Dudley's Grant Drive. Police say they spotted a white Jeep Cherokee leaving the scene. They stopped the vehicle and arrested the trio. Authorities are still looking for one suspect who managed to escape.
