Old Man Winter is paying his first visit to Eastern Carolina. A freeze warning and frost advisory are in effect for Tuesday night. Are you ready?
A quick check list to review is safe indoor heating, making sure your pets are brought in from the cold, and if you can't do that, making it as warm for them as possible.
You also may want to think about bringing plants inside, and checking the car's anti-freeze, the tire pressure, as well as the windshield wipers. Also, don't put water in your windshield wiper container. It will burst if it freezes. Only use windshield washer fluid.
