State troopers reconstructed details of a deadly Wednesday night crash that killed one woman in Onslow County and injured four others.

It happened on Highway 24, Freedom Way, just East of Jacksonville. State troopers say a red car driven by 24-year-old Lucas Borges was headed the wrong way before it hit head-on with a PT Cruiser.

The massive impact killed 19-year-old Jamie Lamsden and seriously injured three others in that truck.

Troopers went back to the scene Friday with an accident reconstruction team before formal charges are filed against Borges, a Camp Lejeune marine.
