Michael Vick Surrenders

Michael Vick is behind bars.

Vick's attorney says the suspended quarterback continues to accept
responsibility for his actions.

Vick surrendered Monday to U.S. marshals in Virginia and will
remain in jail until his sentencing on a dogfighting charge.

The Falcons quarterback is scheduled to be sentenced December
10th on the federal dogfighting conspiracy charge, but a court
document says he turned himself in because he was anticipating a
prison term. Vick could be sentenced to up to five years in prison.

Vick's decision to begin serving time before sentencing was
approved by the judge and Vick's lawyers.
