It may be winter, but the baseball program at East Carolina University is seeing green, over million dollars of it.
Greenville businessman Bill Clark and his family donated more than $1 million to the new East Carolina University baseball stadium. As a longtime Pirate fan Clark knows the new facility will be a big plus for the program.
Members of the committee in charge of naming the new stadium say a decision will be made soon after the first of the year.
