Three Amendments Passed by Voters

Amendment One was a hot issue for voters across the state on Tuesday. Results show voters narrowly approved the Constitutional Amendment, giving local governments more authority to issue bonds for community improvement projects, without first seeking voter approval.

Voters also passed two other Constitutional Amendments on the ballot. Amendment Two determines how money is distributed to public schools, while Amendment Three asked voters to decide if magistrates should serve a four year term after their initial two-year term.
