Pitt County lawmen say it all came from a local family running an illegal drug business, thousands of dollars in cash and drugs.
Seven members of the Rodgers family of 3522 Bell Arthur Road have been charged. Deputies say they confiscated 340 grams of cocaine worth more than $30,000, as well as almost $30,000 in cash.
Lawmen say there may even be more arrests. All seven arrested each have bonds of more than $2 million and are being held at the Pitt County Detention Center.
