Holiday cheer was once again in Eastern Carolina this weekend.
The city of Bath in Beaufort County had the largest holiday parade in the entire county Sunday, featuring nearly 175 different entries in the parade. Main Street was packed as people watched the floats go by, and the little kids tried to scramble to pick up the candy being thrown. There were marching bands, antique cars, even boats with miniature cannons, and of course Santa Claus was there to ring in the holiday season.
