Early Voting a Success in Eastern Carolina

Eastern Carolina voters are wasting no time making their voices heard in this "Decision 2004."

Early voting records are being shattered all over Eastern Carolina, including Pitt County. According to the county's election officials, there were 4,000 early voters for the last Presidential election.

Already this year, there are over 5,000 and there is still over a week left for early voting. Officials and voters alike are expecting a big turnout on Election Day as well. There was a line out the door for the Pitt County election site in Greenville.
