A man already in jail for shooting an East Carolina student during a home invasion last month is now also accused of shooting a 13 year old girl in August.
Brittaney Teel was shot in the back as she and her sister sat in front of her Greene Street home in Greenville on August 14th. She was treated and released from the hospital.
Now police say they have charged two men for that shooting.
Keyvon Clifton is facing two counts of attempted first degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
Clifton was already arrested for multiple armed robbery counts in connection with the October 23rd home invasion and shooting of the ECU student. Bond for his new charges total $3,000,000.
Police are also looking for Dontavious Roberts for the Greene Street shooting. They say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on Roberts is urged to contact Greenville Police Department at 252-329-4300 or Crime Stoppers at 252-758-7777.
