Two male teenage students in Beaufort County are accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old female student while traveling on a school activity bus during an October field trip.
Officials say the students attend Northeast Elementary school, which is located in Pinetown and houses students from Kindergarten through Eighth grade.
The two suspects are now in the Pitt County Juvenile Detention Center awaiting a court hearing.
