A 21-year-old Jacksonville man, who is a registered sex offender, is charged with having sex with a 13-year-old.
Jacksonville Police say 21-year-old Anthony Dexter Parker faces multiple charges, including statutory rape and statutory sex offenses.
The alleged incidents occurred between August and October. It was after Parker's arrest, that detectives learned he was a registered sex offender and had been convicted of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
