The focus on World AIDS Day in Greenville Wednesday was on a large population experts say are in denial, women.
Critically acclaimed and openly gay author J.L. King joined the Greenville AIDS group PICASO for a luncheon to talk about some of the issues surrounding the spread of HIV and AIDS.
King is the author of a book called "On the Down Low." King, along with organization director Marilyn Stafford says women are now one of the biggest groups in denial about the possibility of getting aids.
King also says men are not being up front with women about their sexuality.
