Bank Robbed in Wilson

Wilson Police need your help in locating a bank robber.

Officers are looking for a man, approximately six foot in height, one-hundred and eighty pounds, medium build, with black hair in a short pony tail.

Police say, on Friday around noon the Wilson Police Department responded to a bank robbery at the BB&T bank at 223 West Nash Street in Wilson. A black male entered bank, approached the teller, and demanded money, where she gave him an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect left through the main door on Nash Street and fled in an unknown direction. If you have any information about this crime, you are urged to call the Wilson Police Department at 252-399-2323.
