The dwindling water supply means water restrictions for some residents in Eastern Carolina.
In one week, on November 5th, The City Of Goldsboro will go into the third most restrictive phase of water conservation rules, according to the Goldsboro Argus Newspaper.
The paper states, water customers must use commercial car washing services to clean their vehicles, it prohibits watering golf courses and athletic fields, no filling of ornamental pools or fountains and no residential plant watering. The council decided on these rules and several others in a special meeting held on Thursday.
