Strong storms are moving through Eastern Carolina.
The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for Duplin County just after 6 p.m. tonight.
A state trooper reported a funnel cloud near I-40 at Rose Hill, moving north at 5 miles per hour. Also Doppler radar indicates a possible tornado near Rose Hill.
The tornado warning expired at 6:45 pm, but there is still a possibility of strong storms throughtout the night.
