Seafood Festival Lands on Morehead City

Months of planning have come to fruition along the Crystal Coast waterfront in Morehead City as the North Carolina Seafood Festival kicked off Friday.

Organizers say this is the biggest year the festival has ever seen with more arts and crafts vendors, celebrity musical guests, and who could forget the amazing gourmet seafood being served for everyone's delight. The festival kicked off Friday evening at five o'clock, and will last through much of Sunday, October 3rd.

Once again, WITN 7 is a proud sponsor of the 18th Annual North Carolina Seafood Festival.
