The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a man wanted for a number of assault charges to the state's top 10 most wanted list.
Wendell Adrian Brown Jr. has outstanding warrants on charges including domestic assault, aggravated child abuse and neglect, assault with a vehicle and assault on an officer.
He's also wanted on a North Carolina charge of violating probation for manufacturing methamphetamine.
Brown is believed to be driving a 1987 maroon Pontiac Bonneville and has family in North Carolina, Arizona and Tennessee.
Charges were issued after the Crossville man allegedly led authorities on a Sept. 26 chase that reached speeds of nearly 100 mph.
The chase ended when the suspect's car crashed into a patrol car and he fled on foot.
Brown's 1-year-old son was in the car during the chase and the crash. Brown was named in an endangered child alert earlier this week when his child disappeared.
The child has since been found.
