WITN-TV is proud to be the exclusive television sponsor of the second annual Greenville Walk to Cure Juvenile Diabetes! And we need you to help the WITN-TV Walk Team as we support the search for a cure!
The walk, organized by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, is designed to raise money and push for research for juvenile diabetes. On Saturday, November 5, 2005, the Triangle/Eastern North Carolina chapter of JDRF will hold its second annual Greenville walk to Cure Diabetes at Pitt County Fairgrounds. Pitt County Memorial Hospital, in partnership with the Brody School of Medicine, is lending their support as Presenting Sponsor of the Walk.
