You may have seen him in the many Disney "Air Bud" movies - a Golden Retriever who played everything from baseball to basketball. Now you can see his latest offspring.
Even though the original Air Bud, otherwise known as Buddy, died of cancer six years ago, through artificial insemination his offspring are still being born. The Gable family of Greenville, who already has two golden's from Buddy's very first artificial insemination six years ago, recently had a third golden who had another of Buddy's litter.
There are nine puppies all together and now they are seven weeks old. The family says these pups could one day be movie stars too. The Gable family leaves for California Friday to give all but one of the puppies to Air Buds original owner, who will train these puppies to play sports just like their daddy.
