Some Morehead City residents say a new store at the base of the bridge connecting Morehead with Atlantic Beach on Highway 70 will only add to the traffic woes.
An Ohio based developer wants to build a new Walgreen's there. Some residents have expressed concerns the new store may create additional traffic on an already crowded stretch of roadway.
The Morehead City Planning and Zoning commission will hold a hearing Tuesday night to discuss the issue.
