The Family Violence Program of Pitt County hosted its largest fundraiser of the year Tuesday at the Hilton in Greenville. The event started out with a luncheon, followed by a fashion show and then a raffle for prizes.
Also highlighted at the show were women's pink dress shoes, representing women all across the state who have been victims of family violence. Money raised will fund the work of the family violence program, which includes a safe house and counseling.
