Jacksonville's in the sports spotlight this week as Camp Lejeune plays host to the stars at the First Marine Corps Celebrity Invitational Golf event.
The Marines want a few good fans to follow stars of entertainment and sports, and even former Vice-President Dan Quayle, as they come to Camp Lejeune for the weekend event. Also there's the economic boost and a chance to polish up the city's image.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Chamber of Commerce's Project Care Effort and the Fallen Patriot Fund.
